چکیده

This paper presents a comprehensive investigation of the various parameters involved in fabrication molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensor for detection cortisol. Parameters such as monomer concentration, electropolymerization cycles, pH, monomer–template ratio, template removal technique, and rebinding time were optimized to establish more consistent effective method MIP sensors. Under conditions, demonstrated proportional decrease differential pulse voltammetry peak currents with increasing cortisol concentration range 0.1 100 nM. The exhibited excellent sensitivity, limit 0.036 Selectivity experiments using non-imprinted confirmed specific binding affinity cortisol, distinguishing it from other steroid hormones. study provides crucial insights into development reliable sensitive strategy O-PD-based MIPs. These findings laid foundation further advancements research.

Fabrication of a Selective and Sensitive Electrochemical Sensor Modified with Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for Amoxicillin

A modified electrochemical sensor for the determination of amoxicillin (AMX) was reported in this paper. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MMIP) were suspended in AMX solution and then collected on the surface of a magnetic carbon paste electrode (CPE) via a permanent magnet, situated within the carbon paste electrode and then the voltammetry signals were recorded. It was confirmed th...

A novel voltammetric sensor for ascorbic acid based on molecularly imprinted poly(o-phenylenediamine-co-o-aminophenol).

A molecularly imprinted copolymer, poly(o-phenylenediamine-co-o-aminophenol) (PoPDoAP), was prepared as a new ascorbic acid (AA) sensor. The copolymer was synthesized by incorporation of AA as template molecules during the electrochemical copolymerization of o-phenylenediamine and o-aminophenol, and complementary sites were formed after the copolymer was electrochemically reduced in ammonium aq...

High-density lipoprotein sensor based on molecularly imprinted polymer

Decreased blood level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) is one of the essential criteria in diagnosing metabolic syndrome associated with the development of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Herein, we report the synthesis of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) that selectively binds HDL, namely, HDL-MIP, and thus serves as an artificial, biomimetic sensor layer. The optimized polym...

Molecularly Imprinted Polymers Based Electrochemical Sensor for 2,4-Dichlorophenol Determination

A molecularly imprinted polymers based electrochemical sensor was fabricated by electropolymerizing pyrrole on a Fe3O4 nanoparticle modified glassy carbon electrode. The sensor showed highly catalytic ability for the oxidation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP). Square wave voltammetry was used for the determination of 2,4-DCP. The oxidation peak currents were proportional to the concentrations of...
